Exceptional Service
Emily was recommended by a friend who had moved to Berlin. Emily sorted out everything for us in advance: the all important registration of residence, the kita voucher and even found us a place at kita just round the corner. There was no way that we would have been able to negotiate the German bureaucracy without her (even though I am a fluent German speaker). Simple things like knowing which office to apply and being known and trusted there made all the difference when it came to what documents would or would not be accepted. Emily is also very responsive. When I realised that I only had two weeks to apply to transfer my driving licence but all the slots for that application were full in the whole of Berlin, Emily managed to get a space over the phone by persuading them to swap appointments. It was a masterstroke. The service Emily offers is quite simply amazing.
