Terms and Conditions Wayfair Lottery
1. Organizer
The organizer of the “Wayfair” prize game is Archer Relocation. The competition is carried out on the website with the URL www.archer-relocation.com/furnishing-your-berlin-apartment. By participating in the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the competition is free.
Eligible are persons, who are 18 years old and reside in Germany. By participating, the PARTICIPANT assures to be of legal age. Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to participate. Employees of Archer Relocation and Wayfair are excluded from participation.
Archer Relocation reserves the right to exclude participants from the raffle for justifiable reasons, even after the draw of the winners. This applies in particular to those participants who participate in the competition several times using multiple e-mail addresses or via third parties (double participation). Likewise, those participants may be excluded who otherwise violate the terms of participation, use manipulative tools or try to influence the course of the raffle by other unauthorized interference.
3. Competition procedure and participation deadline
Participation in the lottery is only possible online via the website www.archer-relocation.com/furnishing-your-berlin-apartment.
In order to participate in the competition, you must complete the newsletter subscription form on the website with the URL www.archer-relocation.com/furnishing-your-berlin-apartment.
Closing date is 30.11.2019 at Midnight. Entries received after this time can no longer be considered.
Lottery winners will be notified by 06.12.2019 by email. Archer Relocation reserves the right to publish the first names of the winners on Archer Relocation’s website www.archer-relocation.com/ and social media channels.
4. Profit
From the participants who have successfully subscribed to the Archer Relocation newsletter, the winner will be determined by Archer Relocation by lottery and then notified by e-mail. The winner will receive the following prize:
one 20% off promo code for wayfair.de, valid for one time use until 31.12.2019.
The determination of the winner takes place under the exclusion of legal recourse. A cash payment of the prize, as well as exchange are not possible. The prize is transferable but can only be used once.
5. Interruption / cancellation
Archer Relocation reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the lottery for good cause at any time. An important reason exists in particular if the planned course of the competition is disturbed or impeded. If such termination or interruption is caused by the conduct of a Participant, Archer Relocation may demand compensation for such damage from that person.
6. Liability
The liability of Archer Relocation and its agents is limited to intent and gross negligence. Excluded from this restriction are a) Claims to the violation of life, body health or according to the product liability law and b) claims to the breach of the contractual purpose endangered so-called cardinal obligations – for example essential main duties – and essential ancillary obligations. Liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
7. Privacy Policy
In dealing with your personal data in the context of the lottery, we comply with all provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).
