1. Relocation services may be provided by Emily Archer or by another team member instructed by her.
2. Fees are inclusive of 19% VAT.
3. A change of appointment may be made up to 24 hrs in advance.
4. Cancellations less than 24 hrs in advance will not be accepted and the fee will be retained.
5. Archer Relocation offers general information on topics related to finding short term or permanent accomodation, German bureaucracy and getting settled in Germany. Archer Relocation does not offer legal advice, tax advice, or any other sort of advisory service governed by § 2 Abs. 1 RDG (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz). These advisory services must be booked with the appropriate consultants and are not included in the Relocation Services. Archer Relocation therefore accepts no liability for the outcome of customers appointments with government authorities or for the further progress of a customers case.
