Terms & Conditions Online Consultation

1. Concierge services may be provided by Emily Archer or by another team member instructed by her.
2. The fee for services is 59 EUR per hour/ 219 EUR per 5 hour package / 79 EUR per month for a 3 month subscription, fees are paid in advance, fees are inclusive of 19% VAT.
3. Single assignments will be calculated in no less than 15 minute blocks for Admin and Telephone assistance. Coaching in no less then 30 mins.
4. If a customer cannot be reached at the agreed time, the consultant will remain available by phone or Skype for the duration of the booked minutes.
5. A change of appointment may be made up to 24 hrs in advance.
6. Cancellations less than 24 hrs in advance will not be accepted and the fee will be retained.
7. Emily Archer offers general information on topics related to finding permanent accomodation, German bureaucracy,  and getting settled in Berlin. Emily Archer does not offer legal advice, tax advice, insurance advice or any other sort of advisory service governed by § 2 Abs. 1 RDG (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz). These advisory services must be booked with the appropriate consultants and are not included in the Expat Concierge Services. Emily Archer therefore accepts no liability for the outcome of customers appointments with government authorities or for the further progress of a customers case. 8. Telephone, or online conversations with Archer Relocation must not be recorded for any purpose without consent.
