Buying a House or Apartment in Berlin
Do you want to buy real estate in Berlin? We will tell you how.
Where do I even start? Which neighbourhood should I buy in? Should I buy pre- or post-war? Or should I buy a development property? How much should I really spend per square meter? Is it too late to buy in Berlin, or is it still worthwhile? What are the fees involved? How and where can I get a loan? How much capital do I need? How can I transfer my money from overseas? Is it true that, if I sell the apartment before owning it for 10 years, I have to pay extra taxes?
These are the most common questions our clients have approached us with over the years. At this workshop, we will present you with the answers to the above and give you the chance to ask more.
What we will cover:
- How to buy property in Berlin
- How to finance it
- What else to consider as an Expat in Berlin
- Q & A session
You will also have the chance to ask about your individual situation during a private consultation with Berlin Homes and Archer Relocation.
